This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, (minimum 20 hours per week) Monday - Wednesday 10 am -5.00 pm

Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting up and streamlining operations for this multifaceted business. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the setup of operational systems and processes for the agency
  • Craft and manage templates for various business functions, enhancing efficiency
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company website’s backend
  • Collaborate with the owner to formulate and implement administrative systems
  • Organize and integrate design work into functional templates
  • Research, recommend, and assist in setting up CRM systems
  • Create and implement automations to streamline business processes
  • Perform diverse administrative tasks to support overall business operations


Requirements


  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software, particularly Asana
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic understanding of website management and backend operations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools is advantageous
  • Experience or understanding of the real estate or interior design industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
  • Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration
