Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
  • Experience supporting large scale Salesforce org (>500 users) in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with AppExchange packages including document generation, DevOps, deduplication, and backup/recovery tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prefer Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification
