We’re on the lookout for an HR Recruiter to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

Our company is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to drive our recruitment efforts across various teams. With a background in the e-commerce space and expertise in sourcing for specialized roles, you’ll take charge of the full recruitment life cycle—sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates who embody our values. Bringing recruitment best practices and outstanding communication skills, you’ll help connect talented individuals with rewarding roles, building a team that fuels our growth and success.

Day in the Life of an HR Recruiter at GT Ecom

  • You’ll collaborate closely with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various teams within the company.
  • You’ll source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and creative sourcing methods to find the best talent.
  • You’ll screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates’ qualifications and ensuring they align with the roles you’re hiring for.
  • You’ll coordinate and schedule interviews, working with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • You’ll manage the candidate experience, guiding them from the initial contact through to the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional process throughout.
  • You’ll maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system, ensuring all information is properly logged and tracked.
  • You’ll actively contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies, ensuring we’re consistently attracting the best talent.

  • Your Team When You Join Us

    As an HR Recruiter, you will be a key member of our recruitment team, working closely with the HR Manager. Together, you’ll collaborate to identify and bring in top talent to support the company’s growth. You’ll play an essential role in shaping our recruitment processes and ensuring that we continue to attract qualified candidates across all teams.

    We would love to hear from you if…

    • You have at least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in the dropshipping business model, with a focus in specialized/niche roles.
    • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
    • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively in a remote setting, with full-time availability dedicated exclusively to our company's needs.
    • Experience in using Team Tailor and/or ClickUp is ideal but not required.

    Overview of Our Interview Process

    Application Submission - We’ll start by reviewing your application.

    1. Test Gorilla Assessment - If you pass the resume screening, you will be invited to take a 40 - minute written examination to help us assess your fitness for the role and our team. Please note that passing this stage is crucial to move forward in the hiring process.
    2. Initial Contact - Our Recruiter will reach out to you to discuss the next steps
      1. HR Initial Interview
    3. Paid Trial Task - After passing the initial interview, we’ll brief you on a relevant task to assess your skills and how you approach real-world challenges in the role. This task is paid and will allow us to better understand how you work and your suitability for the position.
    4. Final Interview
      1. Meet with the HR Manager.
      2. If the Hiring Manager is not our CEO, you may have another call with our CEO.
    5. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
    6. Pre-Onboarding Process
      1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
      2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
    7. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
