We are seeking Bookkeeper to join our Back Office team! This position is Full-Time. We are seeking candidates with experience that allow them to easily navigate QuickBooks and understand GAAP and full-cycle accounting. This role will manage multiple books/entities. We are looking for someone who will grow with the company, is eager to learn, and brings passion for the team.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Multiple book/entity management
  • Record financial transactions for AP, getting approvals to pay vendors.
  • Record sales of goods or services between related and third parties.
  • Record real estate purchases and sales using closing statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Verify transactions and ledgers.
  • Running regular expense reports and distributing them to management.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local requirements as applicable.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Requirements

Requirement:

  • You must have your own computer equipment, such as a laptop or desktop, with specifications of at least i5 Gen 11 and 16GB RAM, along with an extra monitor.
  • Your internet connection speed should be no less than 50 Mbps.
  • It is essential to have a proper workstation setup.
  • You must have your own headset with a noise-cancellation feature for effective communication.
