We are seeking Bookkeeper to join our Back Office team! This position is Full-Time. We are seeking candidates with experience that allow them to easily navigate QuickBooks and understand GAAP and full-cycle accounting. This role will manage multiple books/entities. We are looking for someone who will grow with the company, is eager to learn, and brings passion for the team.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Multiple book/entity management
Record financial transactions for AP, getting approvals to pay vendors.
Record sales of goods or services between related and third parties.
Record real estate purchases and sales using closing statements.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
Verify transactions and ledgers.
Running regular expense reports and distributing them to management.
Comply with federal, state, and local requirements as applicable.
Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Requirement:

You must have your own computer equipment, such as a laptop or desktop, with specifications of at least i5 Gen 11 and 16GB RAM, along with an extra monitor.
Your internet connection speed should be no less than 50 Mbps.
It is essential to have a proper workstation setup.
You must have your own headset with a noise-cancellation feature for effective communication.
