Job brief

We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.

Responsibilities

Hire new SDRs and train all sales team members.
Manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients
Monitor and evaluate SDRs’ performance and work closely with them to maximize potential
Ensure effective use of technology tools and the prospecting model
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results for our clients
Monitoring the performance of sales team members.
Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.
Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase revenue.
