Senior UI/UX Designer
Were seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to create innovative, user-centered solutions that empower healthcare providers and patients. Youll lead design efforts from research to final delivery, using data-driven insights to improve usability and craft intuitive, accessible interfaces that align with ClinicMinds values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design impactful, user-friendly prototypes and interfaces for healthcare applications.
• Conduct research and use data to inform design decisions, creating personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and align with the companys vision.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Ensure design consistency and quality through all phases of development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma and experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab).
• Expertise in UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design.
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Must work in Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a stable internet connection (25 MBPS minimum).
• Own a laptop with 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, and a high-resolution display.
• Comfortable using a camera for virtual meetings.
