Job description

2721 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America

U-Haul International’s Legal Department is seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative assistant that will be responsible for assisting in responding to law enforcement, homeland security and other agency inquiries. 

The support position job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Gathering and reviewing documents responsive to subpoenas and formal record requests.

  • Researching and obtaining U-Haul equipment and storage original documents.

  • Taking ownership of a caseload and managing the due dates associated with that caseload.

  • Printing and redacting of various types of documents.

  • Requesting and reviewing of claim office file documents.

  • Copying and scanning.

  • Assisting in miscellaneous projects as directed.

  • Other clerical/administrative duties as needed.

The desired candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently, but is also comfortable working in a team environment where applicable.

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; and higher. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications a plus.
