Job description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 5 + years of IT experience.

This BA needs to have Workday and Power BI experience.

*Candidates can come from any domain background.

This BA Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create solutions that support overall business strategies. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system/process development and implementation. Function as a liaison between IT and users and have some business and technical expertise. Projects assigned to gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.

• Candidate must have at least 1year of project management skills (capturing meeting notes/action items, creating meeting agendas, facilitating meetings/working sessions) .
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Candidate must have experience performing testing on deliverables.

Work Environment:

This is a remote opportunity supporting multiple teams on the One Finance program.

Business Drivers/Customer Impact:

This BA is going to help keep multiple streams of the One Finance project on track. This is a multi-year initiative will enable Yale's mission by simplifying and standardizing financial services in order to make life easier where everyone has a role in building a strong culture of financial integrity, insight and stewardship of Yale resources. Connecting: Build a more unified finance function on campus, simplifying: Simplify and standardize Simplify and standardize financial processes, supported by better reporting and analytics Training: Train and develop financial professional campus-wide processes, supported by better reporting and analytics, monitoring: Implement central monitoring (data, site visits) for quality and controls, Culture: Strengthen a culture of integrity and accountability among faculty and staff.
