Title: Sr. IAM Business Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Remote)
Duration: 12 months+ (Potential for extension)

Job Description:
  • We are looking for a Sr. IAM BA with at least 6+ years of IT experience.
  • Preferred experience: Single Sign On, Boomi, OKTA, OIM

Job Duties:
● Interface with Stakeholders:
○ Facilitate, lead, and present at meetings with subject matter experts, decision makers, and technical experts
○ At the discretion of the project, the ability to facilitate, lead, and be present at any meetings with subject matter experts, decision makers, and technical experts
○ Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring that communication is effective and stakeholders are informed of project progress, issues and risks
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that identity management processes align with other IT system processes
● Document/Requirements Management: :
○ Map current and future business processes and align technology solutions with short- and long-term business strategies.
○ Evaluate issue patterns to plan and execute process improvements and system Upgrades.
● Identify and document business processes from both upstream and downstream in OIM(Oracle Identity Manager).
○ Crafting business requirement documents, process level flows, user stories, and functional specifications
