Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CPQ solutions to streamline our sales processes and enhance the efficiency of our quoting and pricing procedures. Your technical expertise and deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ will be pivotal in delivering scalable and effective solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, and other teams to gather and analyze requirements for CPQ solutions. Design and architect robust CPQ configurations that align with business needs.
• CPQ Development: Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ components, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows, to create comprehensive and accurate quotes.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules, third-party applications, and back-end systems to ensure seamless data flow and a unified sales ecosystem.
• Customization and Enhancement: Develop custom scripts, formulas, and logic to extend the capabilities of Salesforce CPQ, meeting unique business requirements and optimizing the user experience.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of CPQ configurations and developments to ensure accurate pricing, proper behavior of business rules, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals for CPQ solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and IT, to ensure successful CPQ implementations and seamless sales processes.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely support for CPQ-related issues, investigate and resolve problems, and assist users with inquiries related to CPQ functionality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest Salesforce CPQ features, updates, and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance CPQ processes and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer, including hands-on experience with CPQ configuration and customization.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, discounting models, and sales processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce CPQ certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with other Salesforce modules and integrations is a plus.
