About the Position:

Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for a Manager of Business Development who will be responsible for supporting a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) by building and maintaining strong client relationships with current clients and identifying opportunities to expand the SBU’s business with new clients.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing accounts; build rapport with account decision makers.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all client[1]specific matters.

  • Conduct extensive outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.

  • Engage with clients and prospects (in person, by phone, via email) to uncover new business opportunities and articulate the benefits and competitive advantages of the SBU.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Three years of experience selling staffing, products, and or services to Senior Management-level individuals with proven experience in strategic selling, major account/national account development, and contract negotiation.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.

  • Comprehensive understanding of business functions, services, strategies, policies, and their organizational impact. Skilled in making timely, quality decisions, and working independently to proactively meet business needs.

  • Strong ability to engage others for input and shared responsibility, negotiate mutually satisfying agreements, build productive relationships, and effectively communicate orally. Presents a positive professional image.

Salary: $50,000 Annually
