Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finalization of our 2025 budget and prepare comprehensive materials for presentation to our Board of Directors.
• Develop monthly reporting packages for investors and curate materials for quarterly Board Meetings.
• Conduct thorough analyses of financial performance, identifying and addressing variances from the established budget.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure precise financial reporting and analysis.
• Create and maintain our long-term financial model to support strategic initiatives.
• Offer financial analysis in support of key strategic projects and initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Strategic Finance, ideally within a SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven experience in engaging with investors and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in liaising with investors and high-level executives.
