As a Senior Sales Engineer for X-Rite's Industrial business, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales activities to meet and exceed targets for sales, market share growth, and profitability. This role integrates into the EMEA Sales Organization, driving sustainable, single-digit sales growth over multiple years.

Within 12-24 months, you will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, potentially leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual sales volume and profitability targets

  • Develop and present X-Rite’s value proposition to meet customer needs

  • Manage and grow direct accounts and key dealers

  • Identify and close new sales opportunities

  • Ensure efficient sales territory management

  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners

  • Organize and lead product demonstrations, events, and presentations

  • Stay updated on market trends and product developments

  • Attend regional fairs and contribute to sales meetings

  • Maintain an updated sales funnel in SFDC with weekly activity reports

Success Metrics:
  • Meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate funnel management (SLX)

  • Speed of lead conversion and opportunity creation

  • Price realization

What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of success within Plastics, Paint, Automotive, or related industries

  • Fluency in German and English (French/Dutch is a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to travel within Germany and BeNeLux for about 70% of your time
