About the Role:

Looking for a seasoned, young dynamic, adaptable, self-motivated, and enterprising candidate with having as essential experience in promoting and selling Textbooks and Digital Solutions in the Mumbai Higher education Market. Reporting to the Manager-West, the candidate should be mainly responsible for meeting the assigned/regional numbers by strategic planning, Key Account Management, and extensive coverage within the Higher education Market and will be a key revenue contributor.

How you will make an impact:

  • Promoting, Selling, and establishing Wiley Higher Education, test Prep, and digital Products in the assigned Territory and meeting the assigned numbers.
  • Generation of revenue and business from the Higher Education-Adoption Market with a mix of retention and new business and from the secondary Market.
  • Key Account Management for the Management, Engineering, UG/ PG Institutions- New and Old customers in the assigned territory and thereby generating and increasing the revenue.
  • In collaboration with the Reporting Manager, executing strategic policies to meet the numbers.
  • Developing, adhering, and implementing the action plan and time frame for growing the territory and region.
  • Developing new products and adding new authors to the list.
  • Selling Digital Products in the assigned Territory and should be able to conduct demos.
  • Handling Trade channels and Partners, collection of payments. Participating in various exhibitions, syllabus revisions, and other events as and when required.
  • Coordinating with the internal customers and across other business functions.
  • Preparing of various Reports, proposals, and Sales reports and sharing on time to make data-driven decisions with extensive use of SFDC.

What we are looking for:

  • Should be a minimum graduate/ bachelor's degree from any discipline.
  • Candidate should be willing to travel to Gujarat and other assigned territories.
  • The candidate should be mainly responsible for meeting the assigned/regional numbers by strategic planning, Key Account Management, and extensive coverage within the Higher education Market and will be a key revenue contributor.
  • Should have excellent relationships with Key stakeholders both in Higher education and Trade channel.
  • Experience in Selling Digital Products will be an added advantage.
  • Should be Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi with excellent verbal and written Skills.
