We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are the first Native One-Stop Liquidity Protocol on Sui. They enable users to participate as liquidity providers or borrowers within the Sui Ecosystem.

The protocol's innovative features, such as Automatic Leverage Vaults and Isolation Mode, enable users to leverage their assets and access novel trading opportunities with minimized risks. Their design provides support for digital assets at different risk levels, while its advanced security features ensure the protection of user funds and the mitigation of systemic risks.

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer who will be responsible for designing and developing the server-side logic and architecture for our DeFi applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable systems, blockchain integrations, and secure APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable backend services for DeFi platforms, prioritizing performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with frontend and smart contract engineers to ensure seamless integration of backend services with blockchain technology.
Optimize backend architecture for effective data storage, retrieval, and processing within a high-performance DeFi environment.
Implement secure APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend, smart contracts, and third-party services.
Participate in backend code reviews and address any performance or security issues.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in backend development within the DeFi and blockchain sectors.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of backend development experience using Node.js, Go, or similar technologies.
Strong grasp of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.
Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data management in distributed systems.
Proven track record in building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
