Responsibilities
  • Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding video streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming and provide effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on how to use the platform and its features.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and enhance customer support skills.
  • Contribute insights for improving customer experience and service processes based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping customers.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
