Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch helpdesk support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support management system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive resolution of enquiries and improve support processes.
Provide clients with guidance on product usage and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and keep up to date with product developments.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in IT helpdesk support or related technical roles is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
