Responsibilities

• Making calls to databases of own customers with contracted insurance.
• Offering the renewal of household appliance insurance and the sale of additional insurance.
• Providing information on legal guarantees, consumption and conditions.
• Handling the company's software for the management of the database and the client portfolio.

Required

• Fluent in Portuguese language
• At least 1 year of experience in Telesales /Telemarketing /Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls.
