Remote Outbound Call Center Specialist / Telemarketer

Job Overview

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Business Development Specialist (BDS), a fully remote position that plays a crucial role in our innovative digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing connections with both new and existing clients to arrange consultations for Digital Marketing evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with a substantial database of small businesses, making outbound calls to set appointments for consultations.
• Dedicate at least 4 hours or 300 calls daily to maintain productivity and organization.
• Qualify prospective clients for scheduling evaluations with our Business Development Managers.
• Master and deliver compelling phone campaign pitches and product concepts effectively.
• Tap into our extensive list of over 100,000 contacts, introducing our services and collecting valuable feedback.
• Utilize our CRM system proficiently to record calls, notes, and client interactions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in English with exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Natural ability to engage and maintain rapport over the phone, effectively navigating interactions with gatekeepers.
• Strong determination to manage a high volume of calls weekly.
• Intermediate computer skills, including adaptability to internal software, with a preferred typing speed of 40 WPM.

• Proven experience in a similar role focused on sales or business development.
• A strong resolve and resilience in handling a significant volume of calls.
• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
