Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding IT support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline customer inquiries and support processes.
  • Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your technical skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
