As an IT Support Analyst, you will leverage your language skills and technical expertise to provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of IT issues, ensuring customers receive quality assistance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IT support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and technical issues efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and expand knowledge of IT systems.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and computer systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID.
