Job description

An IT Specialist is responsible for coordinating software implementation and upgrades, and ensuring systems security. They are also in charge of providing authorizations in material management, quality management.

TASKS:

Auditing collection, data entry, data exchange and delivery of all work-related information and files for HIPAA Compliance
Utilization of analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with procedural options, priority setting and processing problematic situations. Must complete thorough investigations to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Participates in and promotes teamwork necessary to ensure efficient department operations, and participates in and fosters performances improvement approach that includes both intra/interdepartmental activities
Project management, gathering requirements, as main developer on Service Manager implementations for Information Technology, and Human Resources projects, which results in successful implementations with high client satisfaction

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written proficiency)
Demonstrates excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences
Strong experience with data management is highly preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience as an IT Specialist or Executive is required
Intermediate skills with Gsuite and/or Microsoft Office
Must be willing to work from home
