Job Description: Job Description: • Single point of contact for customer issues or escalations.
• Interact and coordinate with business in understanding the new functionalities to enrichment to the applications.
• To provide high quality Technical support for the suite of Applications and services, to achieve the delivery of agreed levels of services to Client
• Take ownership of Customer issues and to see problems through to resolution
• Able to multi- task and manage multiple demands and projects within deadlines
• Conduct analysis, suggest work around, communicate to stakeholders and drive resolution
• Align service to changing Business needs by identifying and implementing improvements that support Business processes.
• Coordinate with offshore team for day-to-day deliverables.
Candidate should have experience on: -
• Should have prior experience on production support of enterprise applications
• Client facing role and business interactions
• Should have working experience in AWS cloud and services
• Java Spring boot, JDBC,
• Database (Oracle 19c),
• Understanding of Agile framework
• Understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker
• Working knowledge of Application monitoring tools like NewRelic, Splunk
