Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company’s products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges
