Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Polish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to resolve issues effectively with a customer-focused approach
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and software is preferred
