Remote Customer Service Representative (Patient Representative)

  • Only Candidates residing in the United States will be considered


Full TIME(Paid Training)

Monday - Friday 4 days 9am-7pm and 1 day 11:30am-8pm

$15-$16 per hour+ MONTHLY BONUS + OPPORTUNITY TO EARN UP TO AN ADDITIONLAL $1,000 QUARTERLY BONUS

Pay increase at 30 & 90 days after training

Job Description

Pro Talent is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service representative to join our growing team. In this role, youll be our customers first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best in class customer support experience.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Take incoming calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, while offering patient assistance and support.
  • Maintain and update all customer communications
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customers questions
  • Bilingual - a plus

  • Have ability to answer a high volume of calls.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have High School Diploma or equivalent
