Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality IT support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues.
  • Document all client interactions and keep detailed records of support inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth resolution of customer requests and issues.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency with support tools and technology.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
