Your new role
You are the one who saves the day by making sure that everyone can do their job efficiently! 
As IT Support Engineer, you are a source of knowledge not only for our customers but for your team too. 
From preparing environments for new clients to optimizing the office and cloud infrastructure of existing clients and everything in between. 
In your job, there is never a dull moment. Your support desk activities can be remote or on the customer site.

Your responsibilities will be
·        Providing support to multiple customers through chat, phone, video, call or in person
·        Setting up new cloud environments, maintaining cloud environments
·        Provide support for a big variety of software
·        Help with onboarding of new colleagues for our customers
·        Investigating and researching possibilities to improve the offices (workspaces, meeting rooms etc.)

What you'll need to succeed
·        Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
·        Knowledge of network protocols
·        Sound knowledge of various Client Systems, Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple macOS
·        Experience in maintaining network equipment (Routers, WiFi, Access Points)
·        Knowledge of in-house call center systems
·        Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS  and MS Office 365)
·        Knowledge of OpenVPN and Jira
·        You can describe technical information in an understandable way for all our stakeholders
·        You communicate fluently in Dutch and English would be a plus

Nice skills to have (not all are necessary)
·         Completed IT training, at least at MBO level
·         Demonstrable experience with Agile Scrum is an advantage
·         Knowledge of networks
·         Experience with Linux is an advantage
