Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This remote position requires excellent spoken English and the ability to handle both candidate sourcing and client interactions. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing entrepreneurial candidates for small businesses, while also engaging with clients seeking top talent to run their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive job descriptions for client businesses.
Post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards and social channels.
Actively engage on social media platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential candidates.
Conduct candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, aspirations, and fit.
Maintain a well-organized candidate database and manage candidate relationships.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and act as a sales representative in presenting suitable candidates.
Provide excellent customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Utilize recruiting tools, with a focus on Indeed, to maximize candidate reach.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

High level of spoken English proficiency for effective communication with candidates and clients.
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms, particularly Indeed.
Prior experience in recruiting is highly preferable but not necessarily required.
Competitive, outgoing, and proactive with a "figure it out" attitude.
2-3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong presence in recruitment and client support.
