Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Slovenian Speaking Virtual Assistant to work remotely in Athens, Greece! As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide a variety of administrative support services to our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your tasks will include managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling various administrative tasks to help clients achieve their business goals. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and appointments for clients with attention to detail.
  • Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in Slovenian & English.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task management.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation effectively.
  • Assist clients with various projects as required.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure client needs are met promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using various software and tools for task management and communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
