Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about sales and driving success? Were looking for a Lead Manager VA to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, nurturing, and managing leads, conduct cold calling campaigns, adapting scripts to engage leads and transferring hot leads to the clients. If you have strong organizational and sales skills, proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, and SMS campaigns, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing: Engage in insightful discussions to understand needs, identify opportunities and provide impactful solutions.
    • Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential sellers, providing market insights to enhance engagement.
    • Coordinate with the skiptracer to find updated contact information of leads whenever necessary.
  • CRM Management: Keep lead data accurate and updated in REI Sift and GoHighLevel after every interaction.
    • Organize lead information for easy access by the clients.
  • Cold Calling: Execute outbound cold calling campaigns using provided scripts, focusing on personalization.
    • Engage leads with real-time adjustments based on their responses.
    • Refer hot leads to the owners for further engagement.
  • SMS Campaigns: Manage SMS outreach through GoHighLevel for automated messaging.
    • Follow up with SMS recipients to boost interest and conversions.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Produce daily and weekly reports on key metrics, including total dials, connections, lead rates, and new leads sent to Monday.com.
    • Maintain transparency in the lead pipeline status.
    • Regularly update the clients on lead status and campaign effectiveness.
    • Collaborate on strategy refinement and provide feedback on call outcomes.

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Confidence and professionalism in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience: Proven background in sales and marketing, with the ability to engage leads effectively and drive conversions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze lead data, identify patterns, and suggest adjustments to enhance lead engagement and overall strategy.
  • Process and Strategy Refinement: Experience in discussing and implementing process improvements and strategic suggestions to optimize lead management.
