Job description

QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Part-Time)  

We are seeking an experienced and highly proficient QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our finance team remotely, working with our US-based company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks software.

As an experienced bookkeeper, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of financial tasks, including but not limited to recording and categorizing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, generating financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Your extensive knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks functionalities will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for excelling in this remote role.
