Job description

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Netherlands, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services, as well as to acquire new customers within the region
  • Drive revenue growth, ensure market share and successfully introduce products and services
  • Manage customer inquiries and providing them commercial and technical support, addressing their needs effectively
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Team and generate market reports to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Generate forecasts and reports, by tracking performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends
  • Represent Alpitronic at trade fairs, events and congresses


Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in the field of Engineering
  • Previous experience in the field of Sales and Marketing in international tech companies
  • Strong understanding of economic and cultural nuances across the reference regions. Legal understanding is a plus
  • Familiarity with E-Mobility
  • Proficient in conducting in-depth market analysis, data analysis, forecasting, and budget planning
  • Above-average communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
