Senior Manager, Workforce Management

About The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Management to join our team. As the Senior Manager of Workforce Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies. This includes the provision of workforce analytics and reporting to improve performance, address workforce challenges, and support key business decision-making processes. You will lead teams in driving operational effectiveness and ensure the successful implementation of workforce management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing organizational staffing needs and identifying solutions to meet workforce objectives.
  • Designing and implementing performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Generating new revenue workstream by monetizing data through analytics and insights
  • Driving workforce planning efforts to address complex or ongoing operational challenges.
  • Transform operational workflows through initiatives leveraging AI & Automation
  • Leading projects to improve planning and forecasting efficiency for regional and global operations.
  • Promoting a culture of excellence, inclusion, continuous learning, diversity, and innovation.
  • Collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders to provide actionable insights from workforce analytics.
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting of workload demand and staffing needs to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in workforce planning with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience driving key workforce planning initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and seamlessly balance strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Experience identifying and implementing technology solutions and tools for business problems.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills to oversee multi-functional projects.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Experience with NICE WFM or other workforce management tools (Verint, Aspect, Genesys, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in workforce planning or management.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,400 - $120,000
