Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional help desk support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for media streaming platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, account inquiries, and service-related queries efficiently.
  • Walk customers through the features of the platform, enhancing their understanding and usage of the service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.

Requirements
