The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you’re the corner piece to unlocking revenue growth and expanding Abstract’s market presence. You’ll monitor key accounts, identify and maximize business opportunities, and spearhead initiatives that reinforce our position in delivering cutting-edge solutions across diverse industries. Supported by our portfolio of companies and flat hierarchy, you’re empowered to add value to a product offering you’re passionate about.

As part of the commercial team, you’ll collaborate closely with our engineering support and marketing teams to refine product positioning and enhance market understanding. Additionally, you’ll represent Abstract at industry conferences to promote our solutions and expand our network. Developing strategic partnerships will be essential for long-term growth and adding significant value to our business.

What You Can Bring
  • Affinity for 3D. Ideally you have:
    • Understanding of 3D optimization, graphics software, or related technologies
    • Business development or sales experience within the technology sector, preferably in 3D graphics, gaming, or related fields.
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations and drive deals to closure
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency
  • Fluency in English, additional German fluency is a bonus
