  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
