Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Modern Workplace Specialist with a focus on SharePoint to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop and implement SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs, including intranet portals, document management systems, and collaboration sites.
  • User Support and Training: Provide expert support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize SharePoint features and functionalities.
  • Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Customization: Customize SharePoint sites using PowerShell, Power Apps, and other tools to meet specific business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
  • SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.



Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint Online, PowerShell, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate or equivalent is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
