As an AVP, you will oversee a talented team that manages 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. Your leadership and client-focused strategies will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across BairesDev’s portfol
io.
What You’ll
Do:
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across Baire
sDev.- Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportuni
ties.- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale proj
ects.- Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical sk
ills.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDev’s solutions with business object
ives.
What We’re Lookin

- 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive
level.- 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing
talent.- Strong background in the IT or technology services in
dustry.- Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business
