Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reusable, reliable, and efficient Ruby on Rails code to drive our front-end-heavy platform.
• Integrate and enhance APIs to enhance platform functionality and user experiences.
• Foster the creation of new features and enhancements, contributing to project planning and execution from inception to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal online responsiveness, security, and functionality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end developer.
• Extensive 5 years or more of Ruby on Rails development experience.
• Previous experience implementing significant front-end features.
• Familiarity with managing databases using PostgreSQL is preferred.
• Strong understanding of API integration and the ability to collaborate effectively with third parties.
• Desirable to have extensive knowledge of AWS or similar cloud services.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive problem-solver who is self-motivated and capable of independently tackling challenging projects.
