Platform Transition and Integration: Transitioning all email, SMS, and push notifications from Klaviyo to Customer.io while managing current communications.
Journey Development: Creating new post-purchase and pre-purchase journey email ideas and flows to enhance customer engagement.
Campaign Management: Developing, testing, QA, deploying, and monitoring email and SMS campaigns, including standalone messages and automated lifecycle journeys.
Performance Optimization: Executing A/B tests and monitoring performance metrics (e.g., open rates, bounce rates) to optimize email and SMS effectiveness.
Dynamic Content and Support: Configuring dynamic content for campaigns using Figma, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing minimal customer service assistance through the Gorgios platform.
