  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system to track feedback and improve service:
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while handling customer inquiries effectively.
