Responsibilities
  • Engage with German-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a leading technology brand.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively.
  • Conduct outbound calls to inform partners about new products and services.
  • Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and changes to assist customers accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to refine your sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the tech sector, is preferred.
