Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers via remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within the CRM system.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not a requirement.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new systems.
  • A team-oriented approach with a desire to help others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece if desired and adapt to a new cultural setting.
