Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance.
Document customer interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
