Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers through email, phone, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company's products and services while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented focus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract
