Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a considerable advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
