Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in mobile app services, based in the beautiful country of Greece! This role allows you to support clients while working in a vibrant tech-focused environment.

As an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to our mobile app services. Your goal will be to ensure every customer interaction is informative and positive. If you are enthusiastic about technology and have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile app services.
  • Promptly resolve customer inquiries and technical issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our mobile applications to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Document customer interactions to contribute to service improvements and training needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay current on application features and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably related to mobile applications or technology.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor to support building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in Greece and adapt to its culture.
