Senior Back-End Developer

An important technology services company that provides consulting, design, implementation, and maintenance services in areas such as: AI Development, Automation, Application and Software Design, Technology-Oriented Market Research, and Web Design is looking for a Senior Back-End Developer.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead the design and development of server-side logic, database schemas, and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with back-end services.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and security vulnerabilities in back-end systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development and cloud computing, and apply them to enhance our products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and a solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies.
• Deep understanding of database design, management, and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
