About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate new teammate to join our People team as a People Operations Coordinator. Our People team drives workforce planning to deliver on business objectives and an awesome employee experience.

You will have the opportunity to have a tremendous impact on our people process focusing on employee onboarding, administrative tasks, employee engagement, and more. Our ideal candidate for the role is curious to learn about the People/HR field, highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, coachable, and a strong teammate.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent employee experience service. You’ll be the first responder to queries and requests from our employees and provide timely responses. 
  • Ensure timely administrative execution of new hire onboarding and terminations including I-9 completion, background checks, e-verify, and HR systems updates. 
  • Own all aspects of maintaining employee data throughout the full employee life cycle including employee changes, organizational updates, and audits. 
  • Support benefits and perks administration, workplace compliance & training, leave of absence paperwork, and visa processing. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc people programs such as engagement surveys. 
  • Coordinate services with workplace vendors in our Austin hub.
  • Manage our badging protocol for our Austin hub.
  • Assist with planning and organizing company events and individual team on-sites/off-sites. 
  • Process Semi-monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Triage and action on HR-related mail from our virtual mailbox.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resource function.
  • Perform other related HR and office duties as needed and assigned.

  • Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of People Operations experience
  • Familiarity with HR and ATS systems (BambooHR, Paylocity, Lattice, Lever)
  • Detail and data-oriented with impeccable follow-through.
  • Experience with Google apps, especially Google Sheets.
  • Strong interest in process improvement - you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.
  • Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
